UK Delivery
We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout depending on the speed of service you require and the size of your order.
For orders below £20, our shipping rates are as follows:

The majority of orders will be sent using Royal Mail postal services however, ParcelForce, FedEx or DPD may also be used for orders over 2kg (or 18 decks) to ensure safe and speedy delivery of your playing cards and accessories.
All services are tracked and tracking numbers will be provided for orders via email at the time of shipment.
We realise that nobody enjoys paying for postage which is why we cover the cost of packaging and charge no more than what we pay to post your order.
International Delivery
As of July 1st 2021, if you’re buying from within the European Union you will be required to pay the VAT rate of your country of residence on all purchases before your goods can be delivered. Please note that import VAT is not included at checkout and may be charged upon delivery of the goods by the courier. Customs and duties charges may also apply on orders above a certain threshold.
International postage is a flat-rate depending on your location and is as follows:

International orders are typically shipped via Royal Mail's International Tracked or International Tracked and Signed For services however ParcelForce, FedEx or DPD may be used for larger orders. Where possible, a tracking number will be provided via email at the time of shipment.
Some things to keep in mind
All orders are despatched within 24 hours and shipping rates include packaging.
Unfortunately, we have no control over import taxes or customs fees - these may be charged by your government and are your responsibility. By placing an order with us, you accept responsibility for any additional charges which may be applied to rejected packages, orders returned due to non-claim, incorrect addresses etc.
If an order is placed and the address entered at checkout is incorrect, King of Cards cannot be held responsible for the delivery of that package or the fees associated with having the package re-delivered. It is your responsibility to double check the address you are having your order shipped to.
If the order does not make it to your destination due to an error in the provided delivery address, if you fail to claim your package after an attempted delivery or if you refuse your order at point of delivery, it will typically be returned to our store within 30 days. If you no longer require your products, King of Cards reserves the right to deduct the shipping fee paid on your original order when processing a refund. If you still require your items, an additional charge may be required to resend your order.

Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days, any longer than this unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We hope you love your new playing cards and accessories but if for any reason you wish to return your order, please ensure that it is unused, in its original packaging and the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that we reserve the right to exclude postage fees from your total refund as a result of a failed or rejected delivery, or due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout.
In the unlikely event that a refund is rejected, your item will be sent back to you free of charge in the condition in which it was returned.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return we require a receipt, proof of purchase or your original order confirmation. Late Refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@kingofcards.com.
Lost Package?
King of Cards uses Royal Mail's postal service or couriers to ship our products. In the unlikely event that your package gets lost or stolen, King of Cards cannot be held accountable once the goods have left our storage facility. If your parcel has not been delivered within the specified time frame or if you are having trouble tracking down a shipment, you will need to contact your local post office or courier.
