Following the recent outbreak of COVID-19, we wanted to inform you that we are open as normal and continue to package and despatch your orders within our usual timescales.
Our delivery providers are currently all fully operational with our primary postal service, Royal Mail, working in-line with guidance supplier by the Public Health Authority to help prevent the spread of the virus. In order to protect both their employees and our customers, Royal Mail are minimising contact during deliveries by no longer handing over hand-held devices for signatures but will instead log the name of the person accepting the parcel from a safe distance.
Whilst deliveries are currently being made within our estimated timeframes and every effort is being made to maintain this service, it is possible that some areas (both in the UK and Internationally) may experience extended delivery times due to coronavirus-related absences at their local mail centres or delivery offices.
We are monitoring the situation daily and will continue to provide updates, should circumstances change. More information on Royal Mail's service can be viewed here.
Stay safe and we will continue to serve you and the community.
